Esch Landscaping, LLC is a residential and commercial landscape design/build firm located near the beautiful shores of Lake Huron on Saginaw Bay. Many of our clients have second homes along the coast of Lake Huron. We primarily service the thumb area of Michigan. We have been in business for twenty-two years and have established a reputation in our marketplace as the provider for high-end landscapes. Position Overview 

This person spends the majority of their time meeting with clients to develop relationships and sell unique landscaping ideas. They will also be responsible for contract administration including, but not limited to: estimating, contracts, billing, change orders, and completion certificates. This position is full-time and year-round.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the company-wide sales goals and meet or exceed individual goals.

  • Must have the ability to communicate, gain trust and develop relationships with prospects and existing clients.  

  • Must display a passion for landscaping and a sense of enthusiasm that can be conveyed to potential clients.

  • Follow company policy and procedures on selling.

  • Communicates with Team Leaders during the implementation of a design to ensure the overall goal is achieved and client satisfaction is met or exceeded.


  • Sales experience

  • Possess excellent computer skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, job planning skills and mechanical aptitude are a must

Wage Range

Based on experience and education.
