Steve joined the Esch Team in April of 2008 as our Irrigation Specialist. His duties have continually increased due to his diverse skills and wide knowledge base. Steve has overseen all aspects of operations, in addition to overseeing our fleet and facility. He is a valuable support to the daily accomplishments of our team.

When Steve isn’t at work he enjoys snowmobiling, hunting, golfing, bowling, and many more outdoor activities. He also enjoys spending time with family, his children and friends in the community.
