Lisa and Matt married in late 2001. Lisa has 15 years of experience working in the administrative area of the business. She graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Music Education. Lisa taught at Laker Schools for over 2 years before deciding to help Matt run the business, as well as raise their two children.

When Lisa is not working, she enjoys time with their children, Justin and Lauren, time with friends and family, traveling, pursuing music, and being on the water.
