Matt is the founder of Esch Landscaping, LLC. His passion for landscaping began at the age of 13 when he started “Matt’s Lawn Care”. After graduating from Laker High School in 1995, Matt attended Michigan State University to study Landscape Design while continuing to grow his business.

Matt is passionate about delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service while creating a positive work environment for his team. He is a certified Green Industry Professional (CGIP), and his work has earned multiple industry awards and recognitions, including “Best of the Best” honors and features in Lawn & Landscape magazine. He also recently got is Residential Builders License and is a MNLA (Michigan Nursery and Landscape Association) Board Member.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, being on the lake, and staying active in the community through the Pigeon Lions Club.
