Asphalt Project at Bay Port State Bank

As a landscape design-build company, Esch Landscaping gets involved with a vast variety of projects including asphalt projects. Recently, our Asphalt Team tackled a parking lot and driveway project for Bay Port State Bank in Pigeon.

The existing parking lot and driveway had seen better days and it was time for repair and a refresh. Our Asphalt Team worked together to remove the damaged asphalt and then graded and filled it with new asphalt to create a solid foundation for the new layer of asphalt that would cover the entire parking lot and driveway.

Once the repairs had been made, 2 inches of new asphalt was placed over the entire parking lot and driveway. To put the finishing touches on the new parking lot, line striping was then completed. Overall, the project took 9 days to complete over the course of a few weeks due to the weather and we are very happy with the results.
