Located in Pigeon, Michigan, Esch Landscaping has become the premier landscape provider of beautiful and creative outdoor spaces for its full-time residents and those who spend the summers in their lakeside homes. We are diverse in services which in addition to Landscaping, include: Asphalt Maintenance, Turf Maintenance, and Snow Management.

Lawn Maintenance Team Member

The position is a seasonal (April - November) full time position. The Maintenance Team Member should possess a basic understanding of the maintenance requirements of all installed hardscape elements. He or she is also responsible for a variety of job tasks such as performing routine lawn maintenance, including grass cutting, lawn edging, weed pulling, and uses a lawn mower and related equipment on the job. The position is a seasonal (April - November) full time position.  This position directs the activities of a team of two or more in landscaping. The position is a seasonal (April - November) full time position. Our asphalt division focuses on light commercial and residential driveways, parking lots and crack fill. Team members must be able to operate a variety of machines, complete site prep, and install asphalt and base materials.
